The Venue
The Riverside Bar is a great venue to host your event. Whether it’s a party, a meeting or a Celebration of Life, there is no better venue in Bedford, looking over the River Great Ouse as the sun sets.
With our fully stocked bar, dance floor and sound system, you and your guests can party the night away. We are happy to allow you to organise your own catering and DJ, singer – anything that takes your fancy. With a capacity of 100 people we can host practically all events.
Venue Hire
Open to the Public
You can hire our club to host you event. We are a very popular venue for birthday parties, anniversaries, engagements, wedding receptions, retirements - in fact - almost anything.
Most events are held on Saturday evenings, although we do get some events on Friday evenings and a few on Sunday evenings. We don't hire out the club during the day on Saturdays & Sundays as it is in use by our rowers and is a popular stop for Bedfordians walking along the river.
The club is available during the day on week days..
